Be less efficient

Posted by Jim McCall on

In researching and writing content for one of our books, Chris Ragsdale, our health and fitness freak, came up with the phrase I won't forget – "be less efficient."  The book is about simple ways that we can be more healthy everyday – from parking at the back of the lot, to carrying a basket rather than pushing a cart at the store, to simple commitments of three sets of pushups three days a week.  The phrase has helped me appreciate raking the leaves out front not as a task, but as exercise and a little outside-time therapy.
