Orders are shipped from our Seattle, WA, warehouse via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground within 2 business days of order receipt.  

Estimated transit times by region: 

Zone 1:  Northern Idaho, Northwestern Oregon & Washington State - 1 Business day

Zone 2: Northern California, Southern Idaho, Western Montana, Northern Nevada, Oregon (except NW), & Utah - 2 Business days

Zone 3: Arizona & Southern California, Eastern Montana, Southern Nevada, North Dakota & Wyoming - 3 Business days

Zone 4: Hawaii, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Northern Texas & Wisconsin - 4 Business days

Zone 5-7: Alaska, East Coast, Southern Texas & Puerto Rico - 5-6 Business days

We do not offer expedited or international shipping through our website.  For expedited or international orders, please email orders@papersalt.com. 

Return and Damage Policy 

Papersalt accepts returns of unused items within 15 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued less original shipping charges, once returned product is received.  Please contact customer service at orders@papersalt.com to submit a return request.   

For damaged items, please contact customer service within 10 business days of receipt to request a credit or replacement.
